I experimented by creating a new folder under Tasks in Outlook directly, but it didn't see that folder, either. However, it doesn't seem to see the new folders/lists created by the To-Do app. My question is: Is there a way in Outlook 2016 to create a view that will include all tasks in all folders under Tasks? I have tried to create a new table view using View/Manage Task Views/New and I have selected All Task folders under Can be used on. ![]() It syncs my tasks with my Outlook 2016 account beautifully! It also allows me to make "lists" of tasks on my phone which appear as task folders in Outlook. I am using Microsoft's new To-Do app on my Android phone.
